![]() I have put the ViaVoice templates in another folder and activate them when I need them directly from Word after disabling the Quickoffice stuff. In any event, my problem stemmed from a conflict between the ViaVoice templates and the templates installed by the version of Quickoffice I use for my PDA, all in the Office startup file. I can't recall the error message, but the MS knowledge base indicated that it is a known problem when ViaVoice installs its global templates in the startup folder. The indication came when I got an error message and Word generated a log and shut down.
